RIG MANAGER

 

The Rig Manager is the most experienced member of the crew and is the front line supervisor for overall rig operations. This includes scheduling crews, filling shorthanded crews and distributing supplies. The Rig Manager assists and supervises the crew, ensures safe operating procedures, deals with any equipment issues and communicates with customers as required.  Experience with computers and processing paperwork is an asset.  In depth knowledge of all service rig equipment is mandatory, as well the ability to train and provide guidance to a crew.

Minimum Requirements for crew position with Eagle:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • H2S Alive ticket
  • Standard First Aid ticket
  • Valid Driver’s License with Air Brake Endorsement
  • Able to pass a Physical exam and drug screen
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Provide your own gloves, CSA approved hard hat and liner, rain gear, and CSA approved steel toed boots
  • Able to work outside for extended periods of time, sometimes in extreme temperatures
  • Physically fit and able to lift 100+ lbs
